Theme: Innovating for Inclusion
Out to Innovate Summit is a biennial, cross-generational event that provides an educational and supportive environment for career development and enrichment for LGBTQ+ students, academics, and career professionals in the Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine (STEMM) fields, allies, and community leaders. The summit will take place on March 7, 2026, at the University of Southern California University Park Campus in Los Angeles, CA.

Thanks to a generous donor, there are a limited number of student summit registration scholarships available to cover registration fees.
Out to Innovate, formerly known by the acronym NOGLSTP since the early 1980s, is a professional society and global community of LGBTQ+ students and professionals in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We educate and advocate for LGBTQ+ people in STEM through scientific and career programming, mentoring, networking, scholarships, fellowships, and recognizing stellar acheivements of LGBTQ+ people in STEM.
