Created in 2017, Stanford PRISM connects advanced graduate students with potential postdoctoral mentors at Stanford. Twice a year, PRISM provides a unique opportunity for graduate students—especially those who may not have considered Stanford for postdoctoral training—to visit the campus, immerse themselves in its dynamic postdoctoral community, interview with faculty and lab groups, and network with current postdocs. With one of the largest postdoc populations in the country and a strong commitment to postdoctoral success, Stanford offers a uniquely rich postdoctoral training environment.

Who Should Apply:
Advanced graduate students who:
- Intend to complete their PhD within 15 months of their PRISM visit (November 2025 - February 2027)
- wish to continue their training as postdoctoral scholars
