The Hellman and Simons Fellowship in Science and Technology Policy provides an early-career postdoctoral professional with training in science or engineering the opportunity to learn about a career in science policy and non-profit administration. While in residence, Hellman and Simons Fellows work with senior scientists, policy experts, and industry leaders on critical national and international policy issues related to interdisciplinary issues in science, engineering, and technology.

The Civic Science Fellows program, supported by the Rita Allen Foundation, builds a national network of emerging leaders working at the intersection of science, technology, and civic life. Civic Science Fellows are cross-disciplinary thinkers and bridge builders who help connect scientific knowledge with public decision-making and community needs. Fellows are embedded in host organizations for 18 months to co-create and pilot projects that advance civic science practice.

The Department of Biology at Syracuse University invites applications for a non-tenure-track Assistant Teaching Professor to teach Biology and Biochemistry undergraduate level classes, starting in fall 2026. This position is initially a three-year appointment with the possibility of renewal. The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at the University of Maryland, BaltimoreCounty (UMBC) invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position in introductory chemistry. The primary teaching responsibilities for this position will include oversight of the Chemistry Discovery Center, along with instruction of multiple introductory chemistry discussion sections that accompany traditional lectures and instruction of introductory chemistry laboratories.
