A user account is needed to submit advertisements so please use appropriate green button below to either register a new account or log-in with your existing username. The following online purchase process is only for the most common selection of a single full-page advertisement for 1, 2, 3, or 6 months such as for job postings. Read rate card here with pricing info. Brief explanatory information below.

The editor reserves the right to screen submitted ads for content appropriate to our doctoral readers. Note that we do not publish material for a K-12 or college undergraduate audience.
For creating your login credentials for your website user account, you will create a username and submit an email contact address. Read login credential recommendations.
For submitting advertisement info, we recommend clients paste advertisement text from a docx file. Read detailed advertisement submission instructions.
Submitted advertisements of "Draft" ad status are awaiting moderation from the Editor. After publication, client will receive an automated email notificaiton with a link to the public ad page.
Publishing the advertisement takes 0.5 to 3 weekdays depending upon the coding backlog during the busy conference seasons of the Spring/Fall as well as the high volume in the Fall faculty marketing cycle. Please check the top of the Job Listings roster for your ad since ads are in chronological order (below the yellow-highlighted links which are Institutional Subscribers).
After submitting the advertisement info, you will be directed to the credit card processing service handled by Stripe. We can not accept credit card numbers by phone, FAX, or email.
Clients will receive automated confirmation emails of a successful order submission and payment (once latter completed) and in the future once the submitted advertisement text is approved for publishing.
With respect to deadlines, see the monthly email announcement schedule. Ads can be posted at any time of the month (after payment is received). However, having the ad published before the e-newsletter mailing will maximize exposure to our listserv readers. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee specific start dates for the ad's publication so please choose your purchase timing and length of publication accordingly; but, submit the desired date in the "Note to Editor" field.
