Applications are welcomed from researchers in core areas of particle theory (formal theory and phenomenology), and also in emerging areas of particle theory, such as connections to astrophysics, cosmology, nuclear physics, and new instrumentations.

This position is open to all sub-fields of soft condensed matter, broadly defined, including but not limited to biological soft condensed matter physics, nonbiological soft condensed matter physics, and related areas of nonlinear physics.
