POSITION INFORMATION:

The National Library of Medicine (NLM), Lister Hill National Center for Biomedical Communication (LHNCBC) is recruiting for a Staff Scientist 1. The position is in the Computational Health Research Branch (CHRB), which is a part of the Intramural Research Program (IRP). NLM is one of 27 Institutes at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), part of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

Assistant Professor of Microbiology & Immunology

The Department of Microbiology & Immunology at Stanford University seeks candidates who hold a doctoral degree in broadly defined areas of microbiology and/or immunology to join the department as an Assistant Professor in the University Tenure Line (UTL). The successful candidate will establish an independent research program and contribute to teaching in the Department of Microbiology. Research interests of our faculty include microbial physiology, molecular biology, environmental microbiology and ecology, pathogenesis, and microbiome science.
