Marilyn Yarbrough Dissertation/Teaching Fellowship

Kenyon College, a highly selective, nationally ranked liberal arts college in central Ohio, invites applications for a Marilyn Yarbrough Dissertation/Teaching Fellowship beginning in July 2024. This award is named in honor of the late Marilyn Yarbrough, Kenyon's parent, and trustee. A legal scholar and university administrator who was a former editor of the Black Law Journal and a member of the Pulitzer Prize Board, Marilyn Yarbrough often addressed gender and racial discrimination in her scholarship and teaching.

Assistant Professor in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry

The Department of Biochemistry at Brandeis University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position to begin in Fall 2024. We are searching for a creative, collaborative scientist who will establish an independent research program addressing fundamental mechanistic questions in molecular biophysics and biochemistry. Excellence in teaching is also a priority; department faculty teach one semester-long advanced undergraduate or graduate course per year.
