By using the Doctoral Directory in any way you ("User") agree to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). DiverseScholar may modify the Terms at any time without notice to User by posting revised Terms on our site. The publisher and owner of the Doctoral Directory copyright is DiverseScholar, a project of Community Partners, hereinafter "DiverseScholar".
Limited Use
User agrees to not publish their Directory username and password on any websites (including internal intranet sites). User agrees to use a secure method for distributing the login instructions to other departments within their institution.
Indemnity
User herby indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless DiverseScholar, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against all and any claim or demand, including all legal fees, related in any way to User's use of, or conduct while using, the Doctoral Directory.
Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
DiverseScholar is not an employment placement (e.g., "headhunter") service and is in no way involved in an institution's selection process for employing candidates.
While DiverseScholar strives to provide the most current and complete information possible, we do not guarantee that all candidates in the online Doctoral Directory have made their CVs, resumes, or contact information available for the Print Edition of the Doctoral Directory. The listing of a candidate in the Doctoral Directory is in no way an endorsement of a candidate by DiverseScholar.
Proprietary Rights
User acknowledges that the content in the Doctoral Directory (both online and print editions) is for internal institutional use only for job candidate outreach and agrees to use the content for only this purpose.
The entire Doctoral Directory Print and Online Editions are the property of DiverseScholar, a project of Community Partners. Duplication in print, digital, or other medium is prohibited. Institutions requiring replacement or extra copies of the Print Edition can contact DiverseScholar for rates.
