The Flatiron Institute announces a program that provides undergraduate National Society of Black Physicists (NSBP) members with summer research opportunities.

Parsons School of Design, a college of The New School, invites candidates for multiple full-time faculty positions in areas including: Black Design Studies, Communication Design, Fashion Design and Social Justice, Fashion Management, Illustration, Product + Industrial Design, and Strategic Design & Management. The Weinberg Dean’s Office of Undergraduate Studies & Advising (OUSA) at Northwestern University seeks to hire a College adviser and faculty member who has experience working with historically underrepresented, lower-income, minoritized, and/or first-generation college students. Primary daily responsibilities include individual meetings with advisees and participation in advising office activities and committees.

IDEA scholars are distinguished scientists with strong scientific overlap with one or more of the Flatiron Centers and a particular interest in increasing diversity and improving equity and inclusion (DEI), who are invited to spend extended visits at the Flatiron Institute (FI).

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine is currently accepting applications for the 2022 Ford Foundation Fellowship Programs.

Through its program of fellowships, the Ford Foundation seeks to increase the diversity of the nation’s college and university faculties by increasing their ethnic and racial diversity, maximize the educational benefits of diversity, and increase the number of professors who can and will use diversity as a resource for enriching the education of all students.

The Postdoctoral Fellowships for Academic Diversity are competitive programs intended to increase the diversity of the academic research community at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
