The University of California, Berkeley is expanding its research and teaching activity in the field of Quantum Information Science (QIS). This broadly encompasses computation, sensing and measurement, simulation, communication, and related areas, as part of Berkeley’s Quantum Initiative.

The Department of Physics at Harvard University seeks to appoint a tenure-track professor in experimental physics. The areas of interest include: experimental particle or fundamental precision physics, broadly interpreted. The appointment is expected to begin on July 1, 2024. The tenure-track professor will be responsible for teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Salary range: A reasonable salary range estimate for the Associate Professor position is $122,900 - $147,000 and for the Full Professor position is $138,700 – $227,500. The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC Charlotte) invites applications for a tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics Education starting August 2024.
