The Department of Applied Physics at the New York University (NYU) Tandon School of Engineering invites applications for a full time, non-tenured, renewable faculty teaching position, at the level of Lecturer, with a start date of September 1, 2020.

We invite applicants for classroom and laboratory teaching in all areas of Applied Physics with particular emphasis on large, multi-section physics theory and laboratory courses. You should be an excellent teacher. You should have a Ph.D. in physics, applied physics or a closely related discipline and the equivalent of at least three (3) years full time experience teaching large, multi-section physics lecture and laboratory courses at university level.
