2011 Leadership Alliance National Symposium
We’re attending the annual Leadership Alliance National Symposium (LANS) the weekend of July 29-31 in Old Greenwich, CT. In the panel “The Postdoc Experience and More”, Dr. Alberto Roca will be giving advice about diversity fellowships.
The conference, now its 19th year, was planned by the organizers to cover the critical skills that will assist the attendees to transition to their next level of professional development. The Alliance is a consortium of institutions that provide comprehensive mentoring and training opportunities along the academic pathway to prepare students for competitive graduate programs and professional research-based careers.
