Van Andel Institute: Cancer Postdoctoral Opening Available


The MacKeigan Laboratory is seeking a motivated postdoctoral fellow. Eligible candidates will have a Ph.D. degree and no more than 3 years of postdoctoral experience. The fellow will contribute to a collaborative National Cancer Institute R01 to develop a model of autophagy-mediated survival in chemoresistant lung cancer. To enhance the diversity of our team, we are specifically recruiting individuals from groups underrepresented in the biomedical sciences; including, African Americans, Hispanics/Latinos, American Indians or Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians and other Pacific Islanders (as reported by the National Science Foundation).

Begins at $47,500 up to a maximum of $50,000
