Colgate University: Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology
The Department of Psychology at Colgate University invites applications for a one-year replacement position in developmental/clinical psychology at the rank of Assistant Professor or Instructor beginning fall semester 2017. Completion of Ph.D. in psychology or related fields is expected prior to or shortly after the date of hire. The teaching load is equivalent to five courses per year. Teaching responsibilities are likely to include staff-taught courses (e.g., Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods); Developmental, Clinical, and/or Personality Psychology; upper-level courses in the candidate’s specialty area; and supervision of senior thesis work. Candidates may also be asked to contribute to all-university programs, including the Liberal Arts Core Curriculum.
