2018 Biomolecular Visualization Workshops

Educators, when you show a representation of a biomolecule, can your students interpret the visual representation of a biomolecule correctly? Can they draw the appropriate conclusions about the structure and atomic/molecular interactions? Biochemistry instructors use visual representations of biomolecules to teach many concepts, yet there are few tools and frameworks to assess whether students can interpret these representations.
