NIH Intramural Research Program is Recruiting “Earl Stadtman Investigators”
The National Institutes of Health, the U.S. government’s premier biomedical and behavioral research enterprise and a component of the Department of Health and Human Services, is pleased to announce its seventh annual call for “NIH Earl Stadtman Investigators”, a broad recruitment of tenure-track investigators (assistant professor equivalent) for the NIH intramural programs.
Advice for a competitive Stadtman (faculty) job application by NIH Asst. Director Roland Owens. Pay particular attention to the advice on research and vision statements (starting min 4:25). Also, only the first 20 minutes is relevant to Ph.D. applicants (versus the remainder of the seminar for clinician [M.D.-like] applicants).
