Minority Postdoc Position in Chemistry/Nano Research

Applications are invited at the graduate student or postdoctoral level for nanoscience research in the lab of Associate Professor Donna J. Nelson at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Research will involve 2 areas: (1) diversity in STEM and (2) functionalizing and characterizing single-walled carbon nanotubes by various synthetic routes and spectroscopic methods. General research description found here. A BS or PhD (for grad or postdoc position, respectively) in chemistry or a closely-related field is required. Applicants must be citizens and an underrepresented minority (of American Indian, Hispanic/Latino, or African American descent).
