The College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology (ECST) at California State University, Los Angeles, invites applications for a Director of Acceleration Initiatives and Student Engagement. The Director will work with students, faculty and staff to expand and improve performance of pre-matriculation, first and second-year programs, and diversity and inclusion programs; promote opportunities for improvement, growth, and integration of existing programs; and manage data, analysis, and assessment of student success and career development programs.
