Northwestern University: Postdoc Academy Postdoctoral Fellow

Northwestern is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to work with the Searle Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching and a team across four institutions develop and scale a national postdoctoral professional development program. We are seeking an individual to start November 2018 with a PhD in the biomedical sciences and a strong interest in academic administration, academic and/or professional development programming, and program evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a background in qualitative and quantitative research methods and/or evaluation. Proficiency with qualitative techniques is preferred.
