The Dean's Postdoctoral Fellowship is a two-year postdoctoral research fellowship available in basic science and social medicine departments located on Harvard Medical School Quadrangle. This Fellowship will prepare postdoctoral fellows, particularly scientists from underrepresented minority and disadvantaged backgrounds, for cutting-edge research careers. Postdoctoral Fellows benefit from a highly innovative and creative research environment that emphasizes scientific rigor, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence in science. Fellows will also benefit from mentored research experiences, career, professional and leadership development offerings, and a community network of researchers.
